Upcoming runs and events
4 of 5 dentists agree that knowing the run is a helpful motivator to getting your butt
out of the chair.  Picture the run.  Be the run.  Get off the couch and stop eating
potato chips and especially those slices of processed cheese.  Now do you see
why we asked dentists?

Note that routes may change for any number of reasons.  We'll try to stick with the
route as written, and we certainly will stick with the general plan as intended.
Also note that this page is not often updated (on purpose).

Notes to all runners about the schedule

available to those runners.

Strength work should be done twice a week, generally on Monday/Tuesday and Thursday.
